1. Information We Collect

To deliver core automation and telemetry, Razor processes the following data:

• User Telemetry: Discord User ID, Username, and Avatar hash.
• Guild Metadata: Guild ID, Channel ID, Role hierarchy, and dashboard feature preferences.
• Message Telemetry: Raw message content is never stored permanently. Ephemeral in-memory caching is utilized solely for features like Snipe and Ticket Transcripts.

2. Utilization of Data

Collected telemetry is strictly leveraged to:

• Execute slash commands and background daemon automation.
• Persist server moderation, leveling, and economy state.
• Authenticate and authorize administrator dashboard sessions via Discord OAuth2.

3. Storage & Infrastructure Security

All guild and user records are stored in authenticated MongoDB database clusters with encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell, monetize, or broker telemetry data to third parties.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

Server administrators maintain the right to purge all stored records. Removing Razor from your Discord guild or dispatching a purge request completely eliminates all associated database documents.
