01. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Razor to your Discord server, accessing our API, or logging into the dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use any Razor services.

02. Usage License & Restrictions

Razor is provided "as is". You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the bot for managing and automating your Discord communities. You explicitly agree not to:

• Utilize the bot for illegal activities or in violation of Discord's Developer Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit Razor APIs or bot processes.
• Spam commands, execute DDoS attacks, or intentionally degrade cluster performance.

03. Availability & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time without notice. We may also terminate or blacklist your guild or user account from Razor if you violate these terms or abuse community guidelines.

04. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Razor, its maintainers, or infrastructure providers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of server data, loss of profits, or community disruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the bot.
